o Support business units for India manpower cost budgeting process
o Supports the Global Manpower Consolidation & Reporting
o Periodic review and publishing of variances in the Global Manpower Budgets
 Compensation Analytics and Reports
o Data Integrity of employee database in HR Systems
o Design best in class compensation analytics to drive data backed decisions
o Partner with business units in specific intervention aligned to business requirements
o As an SME, introduce best in class best compensation management practices
